It applies to anyone who visits the website, takes the Career Assessment, contacts us or enrols in a programme, wherever in the world they live.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers who help us run Nutrogeek, under contracts that require them to protect it: website hosting, email, forms, payments, live sessions, and the analytics, advertising and site service providers described above. Within Ahabeem Group, data is shared only where needed to run the programme. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.
We are based in India, and our providers may store data in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. Where your data leaves the country you live in, we rely on the safeguards the law requires, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses for users in the EU and UK.
Data travels over encrypted connections, access is limited to the people who need it, and our providers are chosen for their security standards. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you, we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, send it to you in a portable format, or stop using it for marketing. You can withdraw consent at any time. Under India's DPDP Act you may also nominate someone to act on your behalf. California residents may ask what we collect and ask us not to share it for cross-context advertising.
