Who we are

These terms form an agreement between you and Ahabeem Private Limited, trading as Ahabeem Group, which operates Nutrogeek. By using this website or taking the Career Assessment, you agree to them.

Agreement

By using the website, taking the Career Assessment or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or over to enrol. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our services

Nutrogeek provides career guidance, structured programmes and mentorship for nutrition professionals. Our content is educational and professional-development in nature. It does not constitute medical, legal, financial or employment advice.

No guarantee of outcomes

We are committed to a structured, high-quality programme, but individual results, including income, placement and career outcomes, depend on your own effort, circumstances and the market. We do not guarantee specific results.

Fees and payment

• The fee, inclusions and duration are as shown on the Programme page at the time you enrol.
• Prices are in US dollars. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
• Payment is taken through our secure payment processor, in full before the cohort starts.
• Your bank may charge currency conversion or international transaction fees, which are not set by us.

Refunds and cancellation

• You can receive a full refund if you cancel within 7 days of enrolling and before Stage 01 begins.
• After that window, the fee is not refundable, but you can transfer once to the next cohort at no cost.
• If we cancel or reschedule a cohort, you can move to the next one or receive a full refund.
• If you live in the EU or UK, you have 14 days to cancel. If you ask us to start within that period, we will refund the fee minus the part of the programme already delivered.
• Send any request to info@nutrogeek.com. Refunds are paid to the original payment method.

Live sessions

Sessions run online in live cohorts and may be recorded so members can catch up. Recordings are for members of that cohort only and may not be downloaded, shared or published. You can keep your camera off.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during assessment and enrolment.
• Keep your access to yourself. Logins and session links are personal.
• Use the programme materials for your own professional development, not for resale or redistribution.
• Engage respectfully within any cohort or community space.

Intellectual property

All Nutrogeek content, frameworks, the Nutrition Career System and brand materials are owned by Nutrogeek and may not be copied or reused without written permission. The work you create during the programme, such as your niche plan and offers, remains yours.

Ending access

We may suspend or end your access, without a refund, if you breach these terms, share programme materials, or behave abusively towards other members or mentors. You can leave at any time, and the refund section above applies.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, our total liability to you for anything relating to a programme is limited to the fee you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost income, profit or opportunity.

Third-party services

Some parts of the programme run on services provided by others, such as video and payment platforms. Their own terms also apply when you use them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute relating to them is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, India. This does not affect any rights you have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes do not affect a programme you have already paid for. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
